What size of business is this designed for?
The diagnostic is relevant for any business owner who is actively running a business and wants structured outside analysis. It is particularly useful for owners who have moved beyond the early start-up phase and are managing real complexity, whether that means a team of 5 or 500.
How does the self-paced format work?
Once you purchase, you will get every day a 5 minute video. Each day´s video and assignment can be completed at your own pace. Most participants complete each day´s work in 20-45 minutes.
What happens if I don´t complete all five assignments?
You will still benefit from the video content and any assignments you do complete. However, the 1-hour personal consultation and personalised feedback are unlocked only upon submitting all five assignments.
Is this relevant for businesses all over the world?
